Probably Nixon, Carter, or Obama. The latter two just weren't suited for the office.

It's kind of a shame. I think Obama could have been more effective if he'd spent some more time in the senate. His bid was a little premature. He would've been good as the number 2 on a Hillary ticket. He'd be better in '16.
