Or any other post in the Executive Office not subject to Senate confirmation, for that matter. (Actually, is that even a requirement there as well? Could a non-citizen serve as e.g. CEA Chair?)

We've had cabinet secretaries who were born outside the U.S. as recently as the Obama Administration. The natural born citizen requirement only applies to the presidency and the vice presidency, as far as I'm aware.

Indeed - As much is clarified. The question posited in OP is “Can foreign national serve in a White House staffing role?”
