Aside from the preternaturally good Shumlin and the genuinely wise Brown, Dayton is probably the best governor in the country. Aside from the borderline felonious Scott and the seemingly deranged LePage, Walker is probably the worst.

I'd agree, except for your choice of the word "borderline" for Scott. He is literally a criminal.

Well one is my Governor, and I sure as hell wouldn't trade him for the other.

Aside from the preternaturally good Shumlin and the genuinely wise Brown, Dayton is probably the best governor in the country. Aside from the borderline felonious Scott and the seemingly deranged LePage, Walker is probably the worst.

In all honesty as happy as I am about the progressive accomplishments that Dayton has made possible, the real guy responsible for most of it is House Speaker Paul Thissen. He's probably had more of a hand in crafting most of this stuff and getting it through while Dayton has just signed it.

Is Thissen looking at higher office, or is he just using his current job to turn Minnesota more progressive policy-wise?

Under Dayton, Minnesota's economy has improved and more rights have been extended to more people, while Walker is a union-busting man whose policies helped run Wisconsin's economy downwards compared to the country as a whole.

Not even a close contest, comparing their records, Dayton beats Walker.

Agreed, I mean other than partisan Republicans, it's absurd to compare the two governors.
