So many NewYorkExpress threads, so little time.

So why didn't we remove his/her ability to make threads, anyway?

People actually responded to this one, so I wouldn't raise that complaint here.

Fair enough.

Anyway, regarding the OP, I've heard about ultra-corrupt small cities here in Utah; there was one town in Southern Utah where the son was the head of the fire department and the father was head of the police department (or something like that), and the son tried to beat the father to death for sleeping with the son's wife, and both were found to be putting their hands in the city till, so to speak.

I'm not surprised by corrupt Floridian cities.
