Anyway, all Freedom Amendments, but the 2nd and 10th are too broadly interpreted and misused.

What do you mean by "misused?" Do you mean that they are interpreted in a manner that the original authors wouldn't have approved of, or that they are interpreted in a manner that you don't approve of?

Interpreted in a manner I don't approve of, and that I don't think applies to today's society. When the Founding Fathers thought of the 2nd Amendment, I don't think they took into effect mentally disturbed people, including mass murderers and serial killers (or just unhinged types) who really shouldn't have a gun. Also, I don't think any of them anticipated multiple-shot guns.
