Who in your opinion is the least charismatic potential 2016 presidential candidate?
I would say that on the Democratic side, Martin O'Malley and Andrew Cuomo would be the least charismatic. They're just boring and have the excitement potential of cardboard.
On the Republican side, Mitch Daniels seems to be the most boring, but if Tim Pawlenty decided to try again in 2016, he'd be even more blah.
So who lacks charisma in your opinions?
