Republika Srpska referendum on most loaded poll question ever - September, 2015

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has announced a referendum on whether the federal Bosnian judicial system and the international community's High Representative can go f... themselves. And despite pressure from Serbia he is not backing down.

"Do you support the anti-constitutional and unauthorized laws imposed by the High Representative of the international community, especially the laws imposed relating to the Court and the Prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina?"

I predict a solid No victory. Turnout will be interesting though.

Bosniak representatives in the Council of Peoples in the Srpska National Assembly are trying to block the referendum using a minority protection clause about it threatening their "vital national interests". It will be up to the Srpska Constitutional Court to decide if the claim is valid.
