While I was expecting a closer vote on me, it would be nice if people explained why they voted HP.
That's an issue I have with the "Opinion of ______" polls too.
Even though I evidently divided the forum right in half in terms of opinion as of 1/4/15 (after only being on the forum for 3 days), the people who actually posted in the thread were mostly positive and said more than just "FF" while the few to openly state they voted HP mostly said nothing more than "HP". This was a pattern I observed back in my bad old days too, as well as in opinion threads about other posters. Considering my four year absence, there were a lot of people voting Horrible Person who didn't even know me.
To call someone "horrible" is pretty harsh terminology. There are plenty of posters I disagree with or who I might find annoying and not exactly "freedom fighters" but I would find hard to justify calling them downright horrible, which is why HP voters seem to mostly remain silent in "Opinion of _______" polls.
HP just means "have a negative opinion of" and FF means "have a positive opinion of". Those terms are not to be taken literally.
