Sanders (not an extremist)
This post is classic Atlas comedic gold.
Paul (not a socialist).
Why? The policies of Ron Paul are far more extreme than anything Sanders have suggested - also in a US context.
Stuff like abolishing the Fed and reverting to gold standard, legalizing all drugs, abolishing Medicaid & Medicare, abolishing antitrust legislation and the EPA, climate change denial, being against the Civil Rights Act. All extreme positions by world standards.
Many of the things he wants to abolish are very central to modern American society and ditching them would be quite
radical.
Whether you are pro or con his views, I don't see how you can deny Ron Paul is far more radical than a Social Democrat like Sanders whose policies would just be slightly to the left of the usual liberal Democrat.
