Yes, all developed first world economies are, in some fashion, imperialist powers.
Lol at the idea of the Nordic nations or Switzerland acting imperialist.

Denmark still has colonies you know.

I must have missed that.
We sold the Virgin Islands to the yanks in 1916 for a lousy 25 mio.  dollars.

Greenland stopped being a colony in 1953 when it was incorporated into Denmark with full citizen rights and representation in parliament, it got home rule in 1979 and has since 2009 had self government with full autonomy and is recognized as a sovereign people with the rights that entails under international law - including cutting all ties to Denmark whenever they want.

The Faroes never where a colony in the judicial sense and got home rule in 1948 and self government with full autonomy in 2005. Basically both countries can decide what they want to cooperate with Denmark about with the exception of currency, military and foreign policy, but even foreign policy is de facto a joint affair with Greenland having its own foreign ministry.
Hardly colonial status.
