“One Nation, One People” policies are not popular in the modern world and their methods certainly violate basic human rights. Still, a democratic Bhutan with as large a Nepali population as they got would soon lose its identity as a national home for the Bhutanese, so it is a genuine dilemma.
Voted HG based on human rights, but I would probably support it if I were Bhutanese.
