Reagan would have won. Kennedy probably would have done better in the PV and EV than Carter, if for no other reason than not having Anderson in the race (and if Kennedy had won the Democratic nomination, Anderson wouldn't have run). Kennedy would have gotten 100-150 EVS and about 45-47% of the PV.
