Not mentioned yet:

Throwing a perfect strike with a bullet proof vest on

Megaphone speech on rubble.


-No major terrorist attack on US Soil.  I would have put very long odds on this Sept 12. 2001. He is certainly not personally responsible for this but some policies helped
-Despite severe mismanagement from the outset of the War, I'm glad Saddam swung from a rope.
-Finally listening to reality and employing the surge.
-Aids related and overall increased funding in Africa. 


I believe Bush's failure came down to his hubris, stubborness  and a lack of overall plan.  So many decisions were ad hoc.
