In a scenario like this... (but I don't really think, Germany in 1938 could somehow be defeated by Czechoslovakia alone) I would guess, the NSDAP and KPD would probably be banned. And in the poll DNVP or some other right-wing not-Nazi vehicle for the interests of the military, landed East German gentry and heavy industry bosses, is clearly missing.
