There's other options besides war. Sanctions are a good start. For example, if Reagan were president and pressured Saddam, he would've stepped down like a coward. Barfbag, are you going to address the absurdity of your claim that Saddam would've stepped down if Reagan just told him to?

You said Saddam would've abdicated power in the face of Reagan's threats. Do you really think that? Why?
