My fellow Lincolintes:

You might not know me, and that's okay. Believe or not, I once represented the great region of Lincoln (then the Northeast) in what feels like eons ago. Hey, hey - I'm not that old!

In all seriousness, years have passed since those days, and the Lincoln I am proud to call my home is in need of new leadership and representation. Thus, I am delighted to announce my candidacy for Lincoln Assembly!

Although I am honored to run as a member of the Labor Party, I am running for the people of Lincoln and only the people of Lincoln. I am confident in my ability to represent all Lincolnites, regardless of political party. We must all take part to contribute in building a bigger and better Lincoln. Today, I take my first step....

"We can no longer stand idly by and let the old dog-eat-dog rules prioritize conviction rates over efficient and effective justice. Criminal justice reform is one of the most pressing issues in Lincoln, and I believe we can work together to help bring the most effective progressive reforms to our region. This includes:

1.) Treating addiction as a medical problem, not a crime
2.) Directing nonviolent drug offenders into treatment
3.) Prioritizing victims
4.) Establishing a Conviction Review Unit to investigate legitimate claims of innocence.

There is so much more we can do, and as your representative, I will devote my time to fight for people, and not for party. Thank you and Funk yeah!"

"Now more than ever we need fresh representation in Atlasia. The constant bickering between party rivals has grounded our nation to a standstill. Debate is good for government, but when debate morphs into needless attacks it only polarizes the nation as a whole. I vow to work across partylines to tackle issues such as criminal justice and activity. Thank you and funk yeah!"
