Bush on the economy, Flat out lying or just clueless??

Smash, you expect him to tell America that we're in the worst economic troubles probably since the 70s at least? What exactly would that accomplish besides exacerbating the situation and causing the public to go into a media driven frenzy?

Seriously, yes he's lying. Anyone who's paying attention knows that much. But you'd have to be clueless to think that he'd say any otherwise.

Why don't you play speech writer Smash. What would you have him say when talking about the economy on a day where one of Wall Street's biggest lenders just got bought for $2 a share?

And then have CNN, FOX, and MSNBC run that tape for a week causing Americans to do into a tizzy and start doing stupid things that a cable news "expert" advises?

No, I prefer to hear lies, especially when I know what's going on.
