Heavily black areas always get the sh**tty ballots. In Ohio, in certain precincts, the pollworkers must have given half of the voters the wrong ballot. Jim Crow is still alive and well.

Once again, do whites/Republicans have a monopoly on working in polling stations in areas that are 95% black or is this simply a reflection on those areas?
