Of course they have a right to do it.  Seperation of church and state doesn't exist on a State level. So there goes that arguement.  Of course, they are stupid for trying to remove evolution from teaching.  Unless you've been taking to many hits from your crack pipe, you know that evolution occured, don't see why you should deny it.
