I realized something today, I don't want to be known as a Republican or and Independent or a Libertarian or anything other than what I am, a Conservative.  That's what I am, and that's the party I'll be in from now on.   I hope some of the Republicans will join me, maybe a few others, if not, I guess I'll be a member of the best one person party.  Either way, I'm a Conservative.

will this party be similar to the republican party

no, it will be a party that follows conservative values, namely low taxes, the lessening of abortion, the reduction of government, a strong defense for Atlasia.

How can anyone think More Abortion is better?

A better question would be: How could a so-called conservative oppose abortion? It's an expansion of federal power, and an infringement on personal liberty to ban it.

The abortion issue has been solved here.  Regions can rule on it, the feds can't.

I don't think more abortion is better.  But "the lessening of abortion" is obviously a code word for legally restricting it.

or an impetus to pass Supersoulty's bill

Okay, 4 out of 4, but what about other issues?

What are the Conservative (or is it Tory?) positions on the following:

-Gay Marriage
-Polygamy/Polyangy
-Prostitution
-Regional vs. Federal responsibilities
-the War on Terror
-The economic policies of Herbert Hoover and Richard Nixon
-Keynesian vs. Austrian vs. Chicago vs. Marxist economic theory
-Interperetation of the Constitution (strict, loose, medium?)
-Is abortion opposed because its a moral abomination or because Roe V. Wade did not have a valid constitutional basis?

If the Conservatives agree with me more than the Republicans, i may switch. Else, i'll stay.

I haven't written the whole platform, but I'll give bare bones outline:

Gay marriage-retain the status-quo and oppose changing it
Polygamy-Opposed most likely
Legal Prostitution-Opposed
Reg v. Fed-Strong supporters of Regional Rights
War on Terror- follow a doctrine of change through democracy
Economically supporters of a balanced budget, the cutting of taxes, and the cutting of wasteful spending.
Constitution-Interpret the new constitution strictly and oppose the use of loopholes to get around something
Abortion-Roe v. Wade did 2 things.  First, it allowed the termination of millions of lives, but almost as bad, it took the rights of states and dezstroyed them.  Now that that problem is fixed, we will work to reduce abortion by laws such as the one the SE has.
