San Francisco/Bay area of course. Besides that, possibly Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, Richmond, Austin, Albuquerque, Los Angeles, and Miami (if that's a metro).

Funny thing about the southern Florida metropolis- the outlying cities and suburbs to the north in Broward and Palm Beach are probably more liberal than Miami itself.  Because, of course, Cubans.  (And, well, Jewish grandmothers.)  But this anomaly is lessening over time.
