Kay Bailey Hutchison has endorsed Jeb Bush. The fact that she did this before he's even officially announced his candidacy suggests she is well aware of just how irrelevant her endorsement is. And of course, she did it on MSNBC, which is basically the only news network she has ever been willing to appear on (I think she and Chris Matthews may share a love that dare not speak its name).
