"State Anthem of the Soviet Union Russian Federation" blows them all away by far.
"Deutschlandlied" is okay, but I think the Third Reich kind of ruined that song. I prefer "Auferstanden Aus Ruinen" - the GDR's anthem - though the lyrics don't have much relevance outside a post-WWII context.
As for the other two, honestly, we Western Hemisphere countries suck at crafting stirring, epic national anthems. I don't even like "The Star Spangled Banner." I don't think it has the sort of weight and gravitas, musically, that a national anthem should have, and the lyrics don't have much significance for America as a country. I tend to think "America the Beautiful" would be a more appropriate choice, but no one ever asked me.
