First of all, Ratcliffe is not a Tea Party Republican. He didn't run as one and didn't have the support of the Tea Party groups. There were Tea Party candidates in that race (i.e. Gigliotti) and we saw how well they did.

If Ralph Hall is upset with Congress's approval rating, he should stop blaming John Boehner and look at the same factors that make people like him unwelcome in the Democratic Party and people like Arlen Specter unwelcome in the Republican Party.
