No. To get another Ann Richards, you need a repeat of 1990. That requires at least two things...

1. Rick Perry becomes significantly more unpopular. His approval ratings haven't been anything to write home about in years but I mean he needs to be embroiled in some sort of scandal.

2. The GOP candidate needs to be another Claytie Williams (he was basically 1990's Todd Akin with a little bit of the Rich Texan from The Simpsons thrown in for good measure).
