I think France is overreacting, using its power disproportionally. They should meet the perpetrators halfway in their demands. Time for the US to pressure islamophobic France to do so.


Oh wait. Nobody says this if the victims are non-Jews.

Anyway, I think people need to not rely on Twitter for their information.

I should have put the last paragraph in bold. But it still stands, an armed populace is no insurance against these acts. None.

Of course it isn't (and can actually facilitate/worsen situations), but that doesn't stop the emotional appeal it has to some people.
