Napoleon's amendment removed that section of the bill; as it stands, this bill will not establish any concealed carry regulations.

I was concerned that there were still provisions there... if that had been the case, I would have still supported your legislation per my word but proposed new legislation to amend that section. I am glad this can be the final bill on this matter and I commend you for your willingness to seek consensus
