I think there's not much debating that this needs to happen, our Second Constitution worked extremely well and changing that was one of the many mistakes our region made which led to extended inactivity.

I think this is where I propose this, I assume if it passes it goes to the voters?

Can you show at least where can I find the previous Constitution?

Just to insert some discussion, based on our budget outlook, do any of you think that the "Shop at the Pacific Act" ought to be repealed?

While I'm able to work on the wiki I don't always have the time, I think this bill would be another step forward. While we have one of the longest wiki pages, we also have one of the most out of date with there being many references to Wolfentoad as the current governor as well as a lack of updating charts and figures relating to the region.

I think we need to do this in order to get our budget discussion back on track and more realistic. This is too expensive for now, but I'm not opposed to a modified form later.
