Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Fighting for America-
Hutchinson on the Today Show
[/i]

"The time for the Presidents shenanigans is over. Calling this economy an improvement is a gross overstatement. Too many people are without homes because of this administrations policies, too many children without food, and too many people out of work. This is our only way forward. America needs a new real change in Washington and I think I can be the one to bring it. I mean look at me, I'm a woman (laughter). But kidding aside, this election is for the heart and soul of our very nation and we need someone whose going to stand with the middle class and not someone who will promote class warfare. Dividing and conquering ain't gonna work Mr. President. Not on us and not on this nation.

Debate Response:

Quite frankly the Federal Reserve's policies are hurting our nation. It is ruining our economy and because of men like Ben Bernanke our people are suffering. Its time to audit the fed. I support Senator Thune's bill 100% and think its time we shuffle up the leadership within the institution. Things cannot continue the way they have been. Its irresponsible and isn't what the American people deserve and anyone in Washington should admit to that. The time for posturing is over. If elected these shenanigans will stop and our people can work together on a way forward. America needs this.

In Cheyenne, WY:
"The time for our nation is now. Today we must look for innovative solutions to the tough issues dividing our society. Together we'll rise, together we'll. together we'll fight. Our nation has so much potential, as has been seen many, many times through our 200 year history. America is the place to be and we can get better and better, but we need the right leader if we wish to do so, and that's why I'm running. Not just for a few swing states but for every state from Alabama to Wyoming. Our future will be determined by this election and unless we want 4 more years of unemployment and disappointment, you should vote for a real change in Washington. Debate Answer:

Hutchinson at the debate
China has some serious human rights violations but, as we saw with Clinton and Bush Sr., what you say on the campaign trail about them isn't necessarily how you act towards them. I'm no dreamer when it comes to China and I realize its time we face the facts on this issue. We need balance with them. America and China seriously need to have a conversation on the issues facing both of our nations as well as those between our nations. We ought to make it clear that there are many things we wont tolerate, among them currency manipulation and trade disputes which happen all to often. Then we must work out a solution. I think its clear if we just sat down and work out our differences a productive relationship could emerge. We must take a hard line against China, but not too hard as it will ruin both ours and their economies.

Kay Bailey Hutchinson Ad in Iowa, Nevada, and New Hampshire-

"In a time of increased rhetoric and flip flopping, shes stood by her views and has worked over the past decade for our wonderful nation through both good times and bad. Due to this she is an experiences woman and someone who we need in the White House. Thats why you should vote for Kay Bailey Hutchinson, a real American Patriot.

"I'm Kay Bailey Hutchinson and I approve this message."

Hutchinson Shortly Before Arriving on SNL
"A New Direction for America"

"If I am elected President, America will start improving from the slump we've been in. Our improvement will not be measured on the scale of Barack Obama's where a good months still has extremely high unemployment. No, I will be measured on the standards of the American people, and those standards tell us that I should not rest and should not give up until unemployment is at a reasonable level. Our future may be in jeopardy, but we can still fix this. This is the United States, the same nation where we bounced back from the Civil War, the same nation where we bounced back from the Great Depression, the same nation where we have bounced back time and time again. And our next bounce back begins today, right here, because of people like you. America can be saved and people like you are a clear example of this !"

Debate Response:
Obamacare is just one example of how this administration is harming our nation. It ruins jobs and damages our economy. This is government intrusiveness at its finest. The American people ought to be able to make their own responsible choices, not have them shoved down their throat by the Federal Government. 60% of Americans disapprove of Obamacare and many states do as well. We must work for a better America through common sense solutions, not those forced upon us partisanly which the majority of the pulic objects to. That's invasiveness at its finest and has no place in a democracy such as ours.

Nancy Reagan Endorsement-

"My husband Ronald is often praised by Republicans as one of the greatest in a generation. While I am always flattered I think Ronnie's success was due to his wide range of skills, whether it was communication or foreign policy. I see those very same qualities in only one person in this race, a true patriot comitted to improving our nation as well as our economy. The person I am endorsing is comitted and is unique. One of a kind you could say. Not only will she fix our nation but she will also continue the recent trend for firsts and if there's one first we need now, its a woman in the Oval Office. That,s why I endorse Kay Bailey Hutchinson for President."

George and Barbara Bush-
"All the other candidates seem to want to bring the party back to its strength during the golden days of the 1980's where we won the vast majority of the states as well as the elections. It was men like Ronald Reagan who led our party to victory then and its women like Kay Bailey Hutchison who will lead it to victory today. If you truly want an improvement, a hope, and a change you should vote for Kay. She's probably one of the most truly experienced candidates and represents all the good things our party has to offer.
"America, this election may very well be my last, but I'm comforted knowing that there will always be principled leaders like Kay, and thats why you should vote for her.

Tom Latham-
"Here in Iowa, we're first in the nation during Presidential Caucuses and Primaries and we generally recieve more attention than other states. Therefore our endorsements are highly sought after. You see, Iowans are often taken advantage of by the political campaigns, our TV's our clogged with ads and our officials are forced into endorsing. Therefore this cycle I decided to choose on my own and not let the ads and phone calls make my mind up for me. In doing so I saw one stellar campaign that understood Iowans are people just like them and that we dont like hearing politics 24/7 just like the rest of the nation. This candidate has been highly respectful of Iowans and has had many fundraisers open to the public, something generally only reserved for high donors, this candidate is Kay Bailey Hutchinson, a principled candidate who will take back Washington and will usher in a recovery from these dismal economic circumstances. Today begins her journey with my support and I hope she'll soon have yours. There's a million reasons to vote for Kay and I hope I have managed to convey a few"

Kay Bailey Hutchinson- October 24th-30th, 2007
Hutchinson Speaking to Iowan Republican Women

"America, as we face yet another election we must once again decide our future. We can have one of overspending and botched foreign policy or we can have a balanced happy future. The Democrats are putting forward the botched foreign policy and the horrible economic climate while the Republicans are putting forward a way to get out of this mess. We should be so much further along in our recovery, but this administration hasn't shown the economic prowess we need in Washington. Prices are rising at a time when incomes are falling and jobs are few. If you want real change and a brighter future this November vote for me."

"Ladies, our party has often been criticized of invoking Gender war policies, but by our presence here today we obviously disprove this. The Republican Party is our future and as more and more females enter the professional fields as well as the field of politics things will become much more streamlined. (laughter) The GOP is the party of the women. We are blessed to have so many females here today that evidence this. Susana Martinez, Nikki Haley, Mary Fallin, Linda Lingle, and Christine Todd Whitman are just some of the female members of our party committed to reaching the glass ceiling. There's a bright future for us and as we now stand together, facing yet another election, we need to choose a candidate that will be most beneficial to our cause. While I believe myself to be that candidate, its ultimately up to you!"

Debate Response:
Following the great atrocities committed by the Nazis in World War 2 the United States has made a pledge to stand with Israel. They in return have been one of our greatest allies. We must now stand by our pledge and stand with Israel. We can not, as this administration has done, let them go to the wayside while they attempt to earn diplomatic points elsewhere with nations hat have been in the past, and continue to be in the present, threats to our security. This conflict has been going on for quite a while and unless we make it clear we stand with our Israeli allies it could go on for many more with thousands killed through both acts of terrorism and warfare. Israel has been one of our greatest friends and its time we were one of theirs.

John Thune endorses Kay Bailey Hutchinson-

"In my time in the Senate there's been one person whom I have seen work continuously and devotedly to her causes. That woman is Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Shes been proven to be an amazing leader during her time in the Senate and I've truly learned how much of an asset she is for both our nation and our party.
She will defend our nation and will improve our economy. America, if you're looking for the right candidate in this race, the one devoted to our great cause and the security of our citizens you've found her. Vote for Kay, our next President and the next Republican on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!"

Kay Bailey Hutchinson: October 31st- November 6th
A New Day for America
Hutchinson answering questions at a Des Moines town hall

"America is going to make another important choice this coming election day, as it has for hundred of years. People, liberal and conservative, will be out in full force to share their views on who they believe is best for this nation. Thats something we all want isn't it? While we may disagree on the way to get there, we all do want a better America. We need to to be troubled by internal bickering and personal attacks as we've seen in the past few weeks, but we should stand united, ready to face our future as one party, or more importantly, as one nation. Together we can do great things and if this campaign makes it til November we will do great things. Its time for the president to quit blaming Bush and start actually focusing this nation's attention on our grave economic conditions. If I am elected I wont blame our past, I'll work for our future. No more will the presidency delve into such partisanship as we've seen over the last few years, no my administration will work for a better America, a stronger America, and ultimately, a safer America.

Speech in Mason City on American Opportunity-
"America has been and should be the Land of Opportunity. Our nation is one of a kind and as its grown its seen great change and advancement. We've seen men like Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr and women such as Abigail Adams and Susan B. Anthony. As we continue forward we must remember these great people. Without women like Susan B. Antony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton I probably wouldn't be even given the chance to run this campaign, let alone be a Senator. Without people such as Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, and Abraham Lincoln we wouldn't have had amazing leaders such as Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice.
Another great aspect of our nation is our freedoms. We have the freedom to vote, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion. Another freedom we all enjoy is the freedom to choose. Freedom to choose jobs and the chance at success. Thats just one reason why our economy needs to improve. There are so many, too many, Americans unemployed when they do indeed want work. Under a Hutchinson Presidency jobs would be one of my number one priorities. We can not continue on the path we are on currently and that's why we need a new President in the White House. If we do, this American Experiment could be ruined as we have allowed the voices of those who could contribute so much to our society, the common man, who we ought be championing, to fall silent in the midst of intense hatred, partisanship, and division."

"With the Recession in full swing and the economy not improving many families are facing tough times. Some have been kicked out of their homes through no fault of their own, they just got down on their luck. We need to assist them. My fellow Americans, if elected I believe we need to assist those down on their luck who are unemployed and homeless. First I will obviously work to improve the economy. More jobs means more workers and fewer unemployed and in general that means a better, more prosperous America. These people can be our brothers, our sisters, our children, or our parents and for us to wash are hands of them on occasions when they were laid off and unable to earn money is despicable. Some people are driven to poverty by their own demons, but others and the majority, get there through bad luck which stems from the bad economy. This is why we need to fix this and I will fix this if elected!"

DEBATE RESPONSE-

"The debt of our nation is hurting many Americans and our children will be paying it off for years unless we do something about it. Its irresponsible to not only let in remain at a high stable amount, but even more so to let it increase like this Administration has done. The debt needs to be taken care of and if elected I will work with members of both parties to find a common sense solution. We need to quit spending so much on some wasteful programs which I believe are clearly unnecessary. Therefore I will applaud and encourage any action taken by Congress, and will in fact put forward my own proposals relating to the issues. As I stated, we need to work on this or our next generation may not be able to reach its true potential thanks to the behemoth that is our debt. No one wants that, I certainly don't and I hope the candidates on this stage are in agreement. Its time for fiscal responsibility in Washington, its time we get rid of the debt."

Jeb Bush:
"I will stand with my parents when it comes to Kay Bailey Hutchinson. There's a lot to like about her. Shes the candidate that represents real change as well as real solutions for America in the future. She has consistently been a committed Republican and yet has always known how to reach across the aisle when necessary. Something we need a whole lot more of in D.C. I know I'm tired of the partisan bickering and just about every American I've met has agreed. Liberals and Conservatives, Republicans and Democrats. Lets stand with the candidate that represents the greatness of America. She'd not only be the first female president but she'd also be one of the best Executives we've had in years. Period."

Mary Fallin:

"As a Governor I put special consideration into the choice of my candidate. While I believe Executive experience is important I believe experience in Washington is equal, if not more important. I endorse Kay Bailey Hutchinson for President of the United States because not only is she a fellow woman (light laughter) but she also will be a partner to all of us governors from Washington D.C. She knows how to transcend political boundaries and is a devoted member of the Senate and she's even from my southern neighbor state (laughter). Join me and Kay Bailey Hutchinson for a better nation today and a brighter future for tomorrow!"

Lindsay Graham:

"Ever since I joined the Senate there was one person who struck me as extremely committed to the American people, that person was Kay Bailey Hutchinson. I've had the utmost honor to have served with her these many years and see how tirelessly she has worked for the American people. She is, in my opinion, one of the best Senators we currently have in office (laughter). But jokes at my expense aside she is the candidate which will lead our party to victory. Not only does she have the experience we need in the Oval Office, but she also has the commitment and energy. She will be a terrific President and will have my support from day 1. So that's why you should vote Kay for President!"

NRA:
"If there's one candidate who we believe will look out for America's 2nd Amendment Rights, we believe its Kay Bailey Hutchinson. While other candidates have seemed committed Kay has the record to prove it and exemplifies the same faith in the 2nd Amendment as we do. If you want an ally in Washington, vote Kay for President!"

Statement from the Hutchinson Campaign:

"We need a President that works to unite us, not divide. The Obama campaign's rhetoric in the last few days has not only been beneath the office of the Presidency, but its also unnecessary. American voters need to know the issues and the President's attempt to muddle to facts over the last few days with cocky jokes and attempts at humor are part of the problem in today's political system. He needs to know how to work with the other side, not attack it."

We need to limit our spending and get our budget balanced in order to ensure success. Without this we will grow slowly and many people will lose the lives that they've grown accustomed to as their homes are foreclosed and they run out of money. That's not okay in America. We need to work together and solve all these issues in order to save our future and our nation. "

Debate Response:

"Abortion is one of the terrible issues facing our nation today. Too many children have not been given a chance to live and too many people have exploited the practice. I am highly opposed to late term abortion and believe that state's should be allowed to restrict this part of the practice. I am pro-life. The killing of too many unborn has occured in this nation for me to stand idly by as embryos are killed through stem cell research and babies are killed through abortion. While I believe there may be some exceptions, we should work to promote alternatives such as adoption in order to give every American, born and unborn, a fighting chance in the world. "

Elizabeth Dole:

"There's one woman in the Senate who I view as one of the most competent, caring, and hard working individuals, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. She is an amazing person and would be an even better President. She has both the skill-set and the energy one needs as well as the passion for our nation and everyone among us, whether they bee poor or rich, liberal or conservative."

Susan Collins:
"I have had the tremendous honor to serve with Kay in the Senate and boy was I impressed. She not only knows when to reach across the aisle but she also knows when to stand firm to her convictions, she'd be a terrific President. I have seen Kay in action and with her as our leader, our nation would thrive. Not only does she have competence when it comes to foreign policy, but she also grasps the economy and has worked in the Senate for those who at times fell like they have no voice and are disenchanted with the talking points constantly used by the two parties but especially by the President. Vote for Kay and you're voting for a better and brighter future for America."

John Rich Sad
"Boy, of all the candidates in this race I must say Kay is the best by far. She not only represents the best the Party has to offer but the best America has to offer. She's a real Southern Belle and it will be my honor to not only endorse her but to also preform with her at several fundraisers. I will work my hardest to make sure that Kay is our next President. Not only will we shatter the glass ceiling but we'll but America in a better place now, and in the future."

Kay Bailey Hutchinson Campaign Schedule: November 21st- November 27th, 2011

Hutchinson is Des Moines
"Ladies and Gentlemen, in the past, throughout the history of this party we've seen many things, be it close primaries, tough general elections, and most commonly negativity. This negativity seems to be present, or is at least trying to be present, in this Primary. We don't need this. Personal attacks are just too, well, personal. This is why I am asking that for the rest of this campaign candidates refrain from attacking one another whenever it is possible. Not only does it create an atmosphere of negativity, something which serves only to divide our party and our nation, but it distracts us from the real issues. For the rest of my primary campaign I will refrain from attacking any of my fellow Republicans, we're all here for the same goal which is to make Barack Obama a one term president and attacking one another ain't the way to do it. For this very same reason all and any attack ads against my primary opponents are to be pulled. This has been one thing many voters in the early states have expressed disappointment about, the negativity. Its time to put on a smile America, our future lies better and by stopping this bad campaigning against one another we can open the door to a landslide victory."

Sean Hannity (SH): And now we have Senator Hutchinson here to discuss the campaign, Senator, what do you think is most promising about the campaign thus far?

Kay Bailey Hutchinson (KBH)Sad Well Seann, there's many thing to be happy about in this race. Primarily, its the concencus of the American people I've met that its time for a REAL change in Washington. Whether it was the small town Waitress in Iowa or the Ranchers in Texas, I've heard one thing, the president must go. Americans are seeing that there is a brighter future if we start on a fresh, clean slate with the potential for so much more American greatness. The American Era is not at an end and we need a White House that recognizes this. If we open our eyes we can do great things in this country.

SH: And what of your opponents? Do you have any thoughts on them, or more specifically Herman Cain's endorsement of Mitch Daniels?

KBH: Well Sean, I think we have a wonderful field this time around and our Primary and Caucus goers are going to have to make some hard choices. I like my opponents, and have pledged to keep the campaign positive. I hope they do so as well but ultimately the choice lies with them. As for Herman Cain, he's free to endorse whomever he wants, and if he chose Mitch Daniels that's fine by me. But as I have been stressing in this campaign, the choice ultimately comes down to the common man and his views on whom would best represent this party in this Election. While I believe that I am certainly qualified it isn't my choice, no its the voter's choice and that my friend is whats so great about Democracy we directly get to choose our leaders.

SH: Thanks for appearing Senator.

KBH: Anytime Sean.

Speech to Small Business Owners in Rochester

"America was built by small businesses. Whether it was the mom and pop stores in the cities or the old general stores on the Plains, people depended on these family owned small businesses for their everyday needs, be they food, drink, or supplies in general. Throughout the 1800s and deep into the 1900s were businesses like all of yours necessary to our nation. Today some people don't believe this. They throw away the common man and intend to leave him to his own devices, ignoring the very principles of small businesses this nation was built on. Regardless I know I will stand by y'all if I'm elected President and I know there will be many other Republicans right beside me, eager to see everyone here thriving because y'all are the true drivers of our economy and if we want to get out of this mess we need to quit making life so hard for all of you! I am a pro-small business candidate and I will support you!"

Debate Response
"Throughout my career I've had the prestigious opportunity of representing the great people of Texas. I've gained many things from my years of public service with one being an understanding of the need for budgeting and money balance, which I faced while Treasurer of Texas. Later I was given the wonderful opportunity by my constituents to represent them in Washington. While on Capitol Hill I've learned a lot and truly can now attest to the importance of legislative experience in a Presidency. While on the Hill I've gained an understanding of Congress which I'll use to get both sides talking and common sense solutions put forward. Frankly I think my record speaks for itself, but the choice lies in your hands America."

Olympia Snowe:
"As we've seen partisanship rise to excessively high levels over the past few months there's been one person in Congress whose really excited me. She's not only stuck to her principles, but has also known when to work across the aisle, two things which are needed in Washington desperately. Although they are not often lumped together Hutchinson has managed to do so that will leave everyone happy and sometimes even the most heated of disagreements can be solved just by asking Kay. She has the wisdom and the necessary experience we need in a president and that's why I am endorsing her and cannot wait to help her win these primaries. "

Mark Kirk:

" I've had the true honor to serve in the Senate with Kay Hutchinson and for that I feel blessed. Kay has compassion and is a caring and devoted person, someone we should all strive to be like. While she doesn't like to be flattered in this way its true. She is the most devoted Senator and often works long nights and early mornings on top of her already busy schedule in order to give her constituents the best representation possible. This is something I think we need in the White House. Not only because of the way she would care for every American but also because she could get Congress and the Executive Branch back on the same page, something which we desperately need."

John Cornyn:

"In the Texas Senate Delegation there's only two of us, me and Kay. I've had the distinct honor of getting to know Kay over the last few years and can truly say with 100% certainty that she'd be the best President out of all the candidates in the race. I was talking to a citizens once, who held the view that every most qualified individual for the presidency has declined the job but I disagree. We have Kay, one of the most qualified and potentially best could-be Presidents and she actually wants to run! She'd be, as I said, one of the best and America, you should really consider voting for her, she's a charmer."

Kay Bailey Hutchinson Schedule: November 28th- December 4th, 2011

"My fellow Republicans. The gravity of this election cannot be overstated. While the Democrats mock us for stating that this election will decide the path of our nation not only for the next 4 years, but for many after that, we know this is true. In an era of partisanship, class warfare campaigns, and intense political division, we now must face the challenge straight on. We can chose prosperity, safety abroad and at home, and life by voting for me or most of my Republican counterparts or we can chose economic slumps, isolationism and the rebirth of Al-Queda, and death by voting for the Democrats. While the choice may be obvious to us, it isn't to many other Americans who are dazzled by the charms shown by the President. The Democrats are attempting to mask their failures by painting us as the radical party and unless we act, they will succeed. The time to act is now, the time to save our nation is now. Together we'll win this election, bring Republicans back into the White House, and greatly improve our nation's economy."

Appearance on On the Record with Greta Van Sustern

Hutchinson speaking on Iran
"America, for too long have we allowed Iran and other nations walk over us. For too long have we allowed our name to be smeared and for our enemies to develop nuclear weapons. Its time to take a firm stand against nations such as Iran and North Korea who defy us and the international community. We need a President who gets tough with these nations and tells it as it is. I think its time for further sanctions on these nations, with UN approval of course, instead of apology tours. We and our allies must stand together, go soft together, when it comes to such open defiance of both the United Nations as well as Human Rights abroad."

Tape interview for NBC Nightly News and Rock Center with Brian Williams
Hutchinson answering questions in her NBC Interview

Interviewer: "Senator Hutchinson, what do you believe is the greatest asset to your campaign?"

Hutchinson: "The American People. Without them none of this would be possible. If it weren't for the tireless effort of so many citizens, giving up time with family and friends, devoted to either volunteering or spreading the word, none of this, I repeat, none. of. this. would be even considerable. Democracy is probably one of the greatest things about this nation and allows us to choose our own leaders and be politically involved whether we're liberal or conservative, libertarian or communitarian. Due to this we have people spreading the word, through both grassroots and large scale campaigning, which allows for us all to be properly informed and active in some of the most important issues of our life"

Meg Whitman:
"Republican women, the time is here. We now indeed have a female leader who will lead us to victory this November and will shatter the glass ceiling. That woman is Kay Bailey Hutchinson. How do I know this you might ask, well I know Kay and boy let me tellya, she is one of a kind. She is a tireless worker, and is always fighting for the American people in places where that's not always the case. She represents not only the best our party has to offer this election, not only the best of what our gender has to offer this November, but also the best our nation has to offer this November. A new day is dawning, a very new day, and leading during it will be Kay Bailey Hutchinson, our first female president. So I urge you, whether you're from California or New Hampshire, to vote for Kay"

Lisa Murkowski:

"Well, I'm sure you all can guess why I'm here today. I'll be joining Mark Kirk, Olympia Snowe, John Coyryn, Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, and Elizabeth Dole in endorsing one of the best Senators in our era, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Her positive campaigning in the primary and her pledge to not attack her Republican opponents caught my eyes, and then I saw her policies. Kay has the vision we need in our future and by just looking at her resume, platform, and outlook on the world in general, I am convinced we need Kay in the White House. I think it really says something when 7 Senators, from some very different states, all endorse the same candidate. It shows that this person is someone we truly need in the White House, not for the sake of our party, but for the sake of our nation and its future, both which are in jeopardy under the current Administration."

Hello and welcome. I suppose many of you probably know why I am here today and as you might’ve guessed I’ll be endorsing a candidate in the 2016 Election. I’ve scanned the field diligently because frankly, we need new leadership in the White House and there’s one person, a true conservative, who would fulfill this goal, that woman is Kay Bailey Hutchinson.
Kay has come under a lot of fire recently from Gov. Huckabee, while I respect the guy and respect his record, I don’t respect his politics. His name calling on his idea of who can and can’t be Conservative is idiotic. It’s not a club, it’s an ideology and lest Governor Huckabee forget, the more divided a primary electorate is the worse the nominee will fare on Election Day. I mean seriously? He quotes Barry Goldwater continuously and there were several things not Conservative about Goldwater, for one he supported abortion, which shouldn’t be on the Republican ticket, I’m sorry but it shouldn’t. Also Barry Goldwater remarked, “Do not associate my name with anything you do. You are extremists, and you've hurt the Republican party much more than the Democrats have.” In reference to the extremism of Governor Huckabee.
Kay, on the other hand, is a consistent hard worker who exemplifies everything we’d need in a president. She is committed to the American people and has the record and experience to attest to that. I mean what other candidate would receive such broad support that it includes John Thune, the Bushes, myself, and Olympia Snowe. This wide ranging following in favor of Kay serves not only to save her campaign and our party, but also to save our nation, and that’s why I’ll be voting for Kay Bailey Hutchinson on Primary Day and again in November.

Hutchinson Campaign Schedule December 5th- December 11th, 2011
"The American people are fed up with the negativity which has been emanating out of Washington as well as my opponents campaigns. Its time we were honest with the voters and quick picking one another apart. I know, as does every Republican in this race, that the more divided we stand the easier it will be for President Obama to win in November, and thats something we don't need. Our nation's future is at stake and some candidates and pundits are resorting to the tactics they've used for years, but its time to change that. I refuse to be drawn into the fray and encourage my fellow candidates to resist as well, this message is specifically for Mr. Huckabee, with whom quite a few voters have expressed disdain to the attacks and negative campaigning."

In a Hutchinson presidency education will be one of the core components as our children are our future, and without them, our future seems grave indeed."

"I probably don't know when to slow down. Sometimes my schedule gets a little too full and I end up having to rush to get from place to place and by the end of the day I'm pretty tired. Meeting people all across this country is amazing but they all keep commenting on how much I'm campaigning. I can tellya one thing I'll learb how to slow down after my Presidential Term is finished. We really have too much on the line to have a half devoted President!"

I think its time to change this, don't y'all. Its time to get a women in the White House. Debate Response: I'll echo Gov. Roemer's opinion when I say it should depend on the effect the economy in Europe is going to have on that here in the United States. I don't think, and I hope my sentiment is shared by all those on this stage, that we need to be sending a lot of American money over there if their is little risk to the U.S. economy. I know it sounds cruel, but we need to focus on repairing our economic standing before we repair the standing of other countries. In recent years our economy has been sluggish with growth hard to find under the Obama Administration. If we reelect him, this growth will continually be hard to find and eventually we'll find ourselves in a situation much like Europe's today.

John Kyl:
"People of Arizona, as well as the rest of this beautiful nation, I am here today to endorse the candidate I know will lead us to victory this November, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. It won't just be Republicans who will benefit from a Hutchinson presidency, but everyone. Kay will fight unemployment, work on immigration reform, and other issues involving those who never seem to get a voice in today's political climate, especially under President Obama. Its time to quit blaming and dividing, instead we should be forgiving and uniting, and I know under a Kay Presidency, this will occur. Thank you."

Gordon Smith:

"Looking at the field this cycle, with all the bickering there's one candidate who has my support, and that's Kay Bailey Hutchinson. It was amazing to see her work in the Senate so diligently and I am so inspired to have the honor of appearing here today. Kay is tireless, diligent, and hardworking things we desperately need in a President which aren't present in the high amount in any other candidate that they are in Kay. She is the person I'll be voting for this November and I hope you'll join me. It'd be my greatest honor."

Jan Brewer:

"Earlier in this campaign I endorsed Mitt Romney, and supported him 100%. Of course I understood when he dropped out of the race and that made me look for someone else who will lead our party to victory. I didn't have to look hard, I found the same great qualities that made me endorse Governor Romney in Kay Bailey Hutchinson. She is amazing and will represent every American and she sure is one of the most trustworthy politicians I have ever seen. She really holds herself true to her constituents and that is a quality I think is undervalued in today's political climate. Vote for Kay, Vote for Our Present and Our Future"

Susana Martinez:
"When I was looking for who I would endorse in this extremely important election I looked for the candidate whom I viewed as the most friendly to small businesses, which have been suffering during the last 4 years. I had to look no further than Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Kay will fight for the common man in Washington and truly understands the importance of Main Street America. That's really important to me and I know it'll be important to a lot of voters on Election Day. We need a new direction during these next four years, and let me tellya, Kay is that new direction. She'll dispel the rumors of America's supposed decline and will lead our nation forward, forward to a brighter future."

Hutchinson Campaign Schedule December 19th-25th, 2011
"There's sure been some criticism lobbed our way over the past few days hasn't there? I've been called not a conservative and been told that I do not offer "bold solutions" by one of the most moderate candidates in this race, Governor John Hunstman, a man appointed by Obama himself. Ain't it ridiculous? My campaign is focused on the issues affecting millions of Americans such as job creation and foreign policy, not name calling and infighting and I hope my fellow Republican Primary Candidates decide to do so as well. I know myself, Senator Ayotte, Representative Paul, Governor Roemer, and  Governor Daniels have."

Debate Answer: I don't support Affirmative Action on the grounds that it removes true, blind equality from the system. I believe Affirmative action doesn't create true equality, where everyone has an equal chance to succeed and those with the most merit do because people with better qualities may be left behind just because their skin is white, or they're male, or they're Catholic etc. While there was terrible inequality in the past, its time to get past it. Preferencing certain ethnic groups kind've defeats the purpose. Its reverse to what went on in the past, everyone now deserves and equal chance at life, be they white, black, Jewish, Baptist, French, or Mexican.

Chris Christie:
"All this criticism being hurled at Hutchinson is baloney being spouted out by rivals who have no record, Kay does. John Huntsman served under Obama and Mike Huckabee accuses her of saying anything to win the nomination, if you actually look you'll see that he's the one who'll say anything. Its ridiculous. Are they serious? Kay is one of the few Republicans who can lead us to victory in this extremely important election. Let me tellya, Huckabee isn't one. Especially if he keeps on spouting his rhetoric.

Kay Bailey Hutchinson Campaign Schedule December 26th-January 1st 2011/2012
As we Republicans embark on this journey, starting here in Iowa, I want to first thank all of you. Without your effort and support none of this would be possible. If it hadn't been for the grassroots fundraising and door to door campaigning we'd still be at 6% here in Iowa. Instead we could be first, and even if we don't win, remember that the delegates are allotted proportionally and that will be the key to our success. We are one of the few campaigns polling well in the first 3 states. We not only, as of today, are ahead in more states than any other candidate, we also show one of the greatest success stories, and that's all thanks to your volunteering. By going door by door and street by street we spread our message of a better, safer, and brighter tomorrow for us all to share. America, our comeback begins here. Today. Its time for a new era in Washington, one of success, growth, and employment. Thanks again!- Speech to Campaign volunteers

Wolf Blitzer (WB)Sad Today we get to sit down with Kay Bailey Hutchinson the current Republican Presidential Candidate who is looking quite competitive in the first 3 states. First off Kay I'd like to welcome you, and then I have one initial question, what will your priority be in the first 100 days of your prospective presidency.

Kay Hutchtinson (KBH)Sad Well Wolf, its truly a pleasure to be here. If I am elected I think its time for Washington to get cracking on job creation. Too many Americans are out of work and many have lost hope and given up searching. We need to work on a realitic budget and combat the deficit. Besides these there's many other things I would tackle as well. American needs a friend in the White House, and I agree.

Linda Lingle:

"Aloha, as many of you know, I'm from one of the most Liberal States in this nation. During my tenure as Governor I had to work with Democrats everywhere. While some of the candidates in this race may view that with great disdain, not Kay. She works tirelessly for the American people in the U.S. Senate and guess what, she cares. To her, it doesn't matter if your a Democrat or a Republican or a Libertarian, she'll do her best to work for you regardless. You know, many people these days regard the office of the Presidency above the American people when its actually by the American people. Kay understands this and with her as the first female president (cheers) we will really see change come to Washington. She will lead us back on our path to greatness, she will work to fix our economy and will tackle foreign policy. We need Kay in Washington!"

John Cornyn Campaigns for Kay:

"We need Kay as our next President, our nation's future depends on it. Iowa, South Carolina, Florida, New Hampshire, Washington, Texas, Maine, Kansas, Alabama, Massachusetts, Maine, Indiana, and every other state, Kay is counting on you. Kay is the path to a better future, and I see that. While I'll miss serving alongside her in the Senate, as shes such an inspiring example of diligence and hard work, I know that she'll do even better in the White House. Tomorrow begins today, and I know come Caucus Night, we'll have a Kay Bailey Hutchinson victory here in Iowa and from there we go on to the RNC and eventually the White House!"

January 8th- KAY BAILEY HUTCHINSON for President (rest of my schedules been turned in prior to my absence)
Speech in Charleston: "You know, when this campaign started we had dismal numbers in almost every state, save one. Now we are on a real path to the nomination. While winning Iowa would've been fantastic, the results showed that voters aren't quite sure on who they want as the nominee. While I know every candidate thinks themselves ready for the job, I'm one of the few in this race who actually is. I've spent years on Capitol Hill fighting for the American values our Party espouses and I see now that more and more people are recognizing this, due in large part to y'all. This grassroots campaign is the reason why we are competitive in the first 3 states, actually all the states. People see our message, and they like it, and that's why I know we'll be the winners of this primary campaign as well as the general election."

Rally in Columbia, South Carolina
Speech in Charleston, South Carolina with Lindsey Graham, Chris Christie, Jan Brewer, Susana Martinez, and George H.W. Bush

Hutchinson debate response:
"Ultimately, while I personally oppose legalization, the choice should ultimately rest with the states. This issue, in my belief, is secondary however. Currently our economy is failing, wars are raging, and the deficit is rising, and the President chooses to campaign on this? The focus on this issue over the previous few days is both ridiculous and insulting to the Americans who are unemployed, underemployed, or are facing foreclosure."

Kay Bailey Hutchinson Schedule: January 9th and 10th
"My fellow Republicans, today is not the day for rhetoric, today is not the day for empty promises, nor is today the day for partisanship. My campaign has been by the people, for the people and as we now face our second hurdle, New Hampshire, we must stand together. The time has passed for a bitter, embattled Washington, viewed negatively by the American people. We deserve better. The president twiddles his thumbs, goes on apology tours, and plays golf while millions of Americans face foreclosure, unemployment, and skyrocketing prices. We need new policies in Washington. We should be working towards unity, not division! Under a Hutchinson Administration I will actually work with Congress on some of the issues facing our nation today, something which this Administration has hardly done. The American people are tired of the negativity in Washington, they want a change and so do I."

Hutchinson Ad: "A Clear Choice" Ad Running in New Hampshire and South Carolina

Chris Christie: "When I first looked at the race this year I was shocked, there was only one candidate who I saw that really impressed me, that was Kay Bailey Hutchinson. She is committed, hardworking, and devoted. Something we need in a President.

(switches to Lindsey Graham)

Lindsey Graham: "Chris is right, there's one candidate who truly represents what we need in America, thats Kay Bailey Hutchinson. She will get our economy going, improve our foreign policy, and will not rest until she gets people back to work. She's the breath of fresh air the White House desperately needs, so join us South Carolina...

(switches back to Christie)

Christie:... and New Hampshire

Graham: and vote for the one candidate who will truly bring results to Washington, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Go vote!

Hutchinson Ad: "Time for a new beginning" (Running in Nevada, New Hampshire, Maine, Florida, South Carolina, and Arizona)

(Hutchinson voicing over images of economic downturn, foreign policy gaffes by the Obama Administration, and partisan arguments) Are you tired of the failures and broken promises committed at the hands of the Obama Administration over the last few years? Our economy is still in terrible shape, other countries still dislike us, and Washington is still a negative, partisan place. We need to change this! America, you deserve so much better. Its time for a new beginning, if you go vote for me I'll ensure that our nation's future gets brighter. This election represents one of the most important decisions in American History, we can keep going down the path we're on, or we can shift directions and make our future a brighter place for our children and future generations of Americans yet to be born.

You guys are the core aspect of this campaign, and you're voice won't go unheard, thanks again!"

Kay Bailey Hutchison Speech: Concord, New Hampshire
"Hello New Hampshire! I cannot express how excited about the results tonight, while we didn't claim victory tonight, our showing was honorable. If I'd heard a few months ago that we'd have a chance in New Hampshire I would've just laughed, but here we are! Thanks to everyone's support, donations, and volunteering we were able to do so much better than I even expected! Americans are fed up with the same old, same old in the White House. Kelly Ayotte herself is an example of this, while I wanted to be the first female primary winner (laughter) she has my congratulations.

America is ready for a real change, the fact that our campaign is competitive in so many states is a testament to this, our campaign isn't one for the South, nor the Northeast, nor the West, its a campaign for all of America. From Rhode Island to Alaska and Wyoming to California I've heard stories of people suffering under the Obama Economy, and this needs to be changed. Every candidate in this Primary understands this. President Obama clearly does not. Under his presidency our economy has remained sluggish, other countries strongly dislike us, and our future has looked less and less bright. But here tonight I know thats going to change!

As the campaign heads onto South Carolina, what we can only hope will be our first victory! I would like to give a special thanks to several people who have given up so much time for this campaign. Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Chris Christie without you guys' tireless efforts for us here we'd still be polling in neat last without a prayer in this state, but because of you, and every supporter in this state and around the nation, we have real potential in this race going forward. Next is South Carolina, then Super Tuesday, then the RNC, and then Victory this November! Here we go!"

Kay Bailey Hutchison Campaign Schedule, January 11th-15th 2012
"South Carolina, both Iowa and New Hampshire have given their voices and the results showed that the party is really undecided in this race. 2 different candidates won 2 different states, but there's something notable about this results, there's only one candidate who was in the top 3 in both races, me. Despite the great difference in these two states, my grassroots campaign was able to succeed in both and guess what? Polls have this campaign fighting for first in a ton of the states coming up, thanks to y'all. All of you have proven that this campaign can go to the next level and defeat President Obama and his failed policies, something we definitely don't need 4 more years of. So South Carolina make a statement, vote for reason, vote for positivity, vote for victory, vote for Hutchison. America's at a crossroads and by working with Congress, State Governments, and most importantly the American people we can continue the American century heck, why don't we make it 2 centuries?"

Monday January 11th, 2012- SOUTH CAROLINA
Coffee and Doughnuts with state officials in Columbia
Door to door canvasing with volunteers
Rally in Charleston focusing on the Economy
Speech in Charleston focusing on Abortion
Appearance on the O'Reilly Factor

"Recently this campaign has been blasted on abortion over and over again. I've made my position clear in the debate and I'll gladly do so again. There indeed was a time in the past I was pro-choice, I was blind to the beauty of life and focused solely on politics, but then one day it hit me, everyone deserves a chance at life, be they born or unborn, young or old. Too many lives have been taken by this terrible practice because in some cases, the parent doesn't wish to carry the child. There's other viable options such as adoption which could be used but often times they are shoved aside as abortion is viewed by some as a "right". Ain't that ridiculous? While I'm for exceptions in rape, incest, and the life of the mother I am not for, and never will be again, abortions for personal expediency and ease. Even though some may attack me for becoming pro-life, despite the fact I changed my view years ago, I just wanted to clear things up."

Tuesday January 12th, 2012- SOUTH CAROLINA
Speech in front of the State Capitol with Lindsey Graham
Rally in Charleston with Jeb Bush and Chris Christie
Speech to unemployed workers in Myrtle Beach
Appearance on the Rachael Maddow Show

"Under the current Administration, too many remain without work. Americans, many through no fault of their own, have lost their jobs in the Recession, and despite promises that they would return by the President, little has changed. The "Campaigner in Chief" instead appears on television and nags the American people into action or goes and plays a round or two of golf (laughter). Our recovery is too slow, and we need to tell Washington this November by electing a new president, one who wont attempt to spend our way out of this recession. I'll work with Congress in my first 100 days, regardless of which party controls which chamber, and outline several job creating solutions. We need to start rewarding small businesses, not punishing them. Its to start encouraging job growth and not obstruct it like this President has done, and will likely continue to do."

Sunday January 17th-
Appearance on "Meet the Press"

Connie and Mary Bono Mack:
"Republicans, it seems clear that many of us are indecisive on our nominee choices, and to be honest until a few days ago we were too. That was until we realized the true conservative candidacy in this race, and no it isn't Mike Huckabee, its Kay Bailey Hutchinson. While neither of us has had the honor of serving in the Senate with her, we have heard stories about how she is the hardest worker on Capitol Hill. She us truly accountable to the American people, and its about time the White House was as well. That's why we're endorsing the candidate who will win this November, Kay Bailey Hutchinson"

"Yes. American veterans our some of the bravest people I’ve ever met and the fact that they often have trouble finding work upon returning is tragic and must be changed. Under a Hutchinson Presidency I would work with Congress and make that unemployment number fall. It’s irresponsible to ignore those who put their lives on the line for us, like this administration has done, and they truly have my respect and my full support, we need to get them working again!"

"This Election is probably our last chance to remove Obamacare, which is highly unpopular I might add, in its entirety. The Federal Government had no business doing what it did and if elected; I will make it clear by encouraging Congress to repeal it and if need be, I’ll sign exemptions for every state which ones one. If you elect me as President you can kiss this attempt to take over our health care system goodbye. I truly do hope the Supreme Court strikes it down, but we shouldn’t count on it. Instead we must focus on removing in through other means."

Winning Iowa or New Hampshire would’ve been nice (laughs)! But in all seriousness if I was to redo something, I would’ve made my pledge to avoid personal attacks earlier. We cannot have petty disputes within our party; it taints our image and gives the President ads to roll against our eventual nominee. Every candidate in this primary wants a change in Washington, just by running we’re evidencing this, so why not stand together on the points we may agree on instead of the few which may divide us? Certain candidates in this race, namely Mike Huckabee, seem to disagree with this however, and that’s what’s tainting our party brand on the national stage. That’s why, right here right now, I want to ask every candidate onstage, namely you Mike,  to join me in avoiding personal attacks against fellow Republicans.

"The United States has always been an immigrant nation, whether it was those aboard the Mayflower or immigrants streaming in from Ellis Island. However, we also need to be a nation of responsible immigration. Illegal immigration is a negative no matter how you look at it, Americans lose jobs to workers who are often exploited by their employers with payment below minimum wage, it’s good for no one. Being from Texas I know we need to secure the border and start reforming the immigration system, it’s the only way we’re going to solve this problem. Amnesty isn’t. Those already here must also have a path to citizenship, but it’s going to have to be gradual as we don’t want to reward those entering this country illegally, regardless of nationality it’ll only encourage further illegal immigration."

"I’ll be the first to admit, I’ve made mistakes in my past, being on the board of The Wish List is one of them. While yes, there was a time I was mildly pro-choice, I have since realized how much of a terrible position this is and that’s why I left the organization years ago. Every person, born and yet to be born deserves a chance at life, and I now know that. I now am pro-life and proud of it, and my record speaks to this. My NARAL Rating is at or near 0% and the head of the pro-choice chapter in Texas has stated: “By our definition, Sen. Hutchison's voting record does not indicate that she is pro-choice.” I see the beauty of every life now, and hope that the American people can forgive me for my prior mistakes."

"Being a current member of Congress, alongside Senator Ayotte and Congressman Paul, I think I offer a unique opportunity when it comes to relations between Congress and the Presidency. In recent years there has been tension and I think my prospective presidency would be able to change this by simply attempting to. The current Administration looks down on the Legislative Branch and attempts to overrule it by using excessive amounts of Executive Orders instead of working with lawmakers on Capitol Hill. The founders intended for there to be three, equal branches in Washington and by sitting down and having honest policy discussions with congressional leaders I believe great strides could be made. Everyone wants what’s best for the American people, that’s clear, and I think regardless of political affiliation there’s a way to solve our issues, together. Under a Hutchinson presidency I would sit down with Congressional leaders within the first 100 days and discuss the policies we need in implement to get this nation working again. We don’t need for more years of gridlock in Washington, America, its common sense we need a Washington that actually works for the people!"

Hutchison Interview on Hannity:

Sean Hannity (SH): ... and tonight, following 2 losses in New Hampshire and Iowa, and yet was also the only top 3 candidate in both races, we have Kay Bailey Hutchison here to talk about South Carolina, the rest of the primaries, and the President, welcome Senator. First off hows you're week been? I mean you just got out of 2 hectic weeks of campaigning and you're now preparing for a 3rd state.

Kay Hutchinson (KH)Sad Its been good Sean, contrary to what some people have been saying. People are still listening to my campaign and its message of responsibility in the Oval Office. In fact, I just met some new supporters here in Columbia right before appearing on your show. People are actually impressed by the fact that I'm one of the few candidates, if not the only one, whose competitive nationwide. Polling looks well here in South Carolina, down south in Florida, out to the west in Nevada and Arizona, and up to the north in Michigan. I still feel some confidence in our chance to win the nomination.

SH:
and what about South Carolina, polling shows you competitive with Mike Huckabee?

KH:
Well Sean, if you remember, before the other candidates came down to South Carolina I had a vast lead in the polls. While I don't think I'm invincible, I believe that those who were responding to polls earlier in the primary season are more likely to go vote than those who respond later. People here have been responding well to the fact that I've chosen to stay above the fray when it comes to personal attacks which have no part in this race and in fact, hurt our party. We musn't divide ourselves so, it hurts our image everywhere and turns off voters, something I know the Party definitely doesn't need.

SH: What do you take on the President's campaigning to get other Senators votes, Senator? Quite a few of the congressmen and women who endorsed you are on his list.

KH: I've talked with my friends on Capitol Hill and I'm confident most of them will side with the GOP on the issue. The President is doing what he does best, campaigning. I think it serves us all to ignore his antics and continue on with governing our nation, and maybe he'll take a hint and actually start governing. He calls us the "Republican do-nothing Congress" but I mean seriously, look at all the days he takes off, the time he spends out of Washington for personal activities really is ridiculous and he's not being accountable to his constituents, the American people. He's not even trying to compromise, and that's one of my biggest peeves with him at the moment. He pushes his agenda, with no exceptions, and ignores the fact that the American people chose in 2010 overwhelmingly in favor of the Republican Party.

SH: Good point Senator, and sadly its now time for a commercial break, come back soon we love having you on here!

KH: Thanks Sean!
