What does Hillary need to do in order to appeal to more white males?

As we all know, white males absolutely hate Hillary. According to polls, there is a huge gender gap. Donald Trump crushes Hillary with white males. Sanders does mildly better with them. One of the main reasons why the election is so close is because white males are so anti-Clinton. So many white males who voted for Obama are going to vote for Trump this year. Donald Trump could make up for losing minority support with large gains with white males.

Hillary can't win unless she does at least alright with white makes. What does Hillary need to do in order to appeal to more white males?

Have a hot VP running mate? Not dress like Kim Jong-Un and actually care about what you're talking about? Not have scandals like Benghazi and the email leak hovering over you?

Actually, there is one promise Hillary could make that would likely get me to vote for her: Her first act as president would be the full pardon of Edward Snowden. That would make up for her email gaffe by pardoning the man that blew the story wide open on domestic spying.
