D's are going have to expand the court.

This sh**t is just not sustainable. If R's bitch about it, well tough luck. McConnell broke the courts.

lol, she will cave.

They are going to confirm someone in the lame duck sessions. McConnell doesn't care about norms what so ever.

Expand the court and ditch the filibuster. If the court ends up being a delegitimatize mess for the future then oh well. Republicans would have no one to blame but themselves.

If McConnell declines to raise a nominee now, he isn't going to raise one during the lame duck session, especially if Trump has lost and it is obvious that the GOP has lost the majority.

I don't think McConnell gives a sh**t. He might not think Democrats won't have the balls to go through with their court-packing threat if they get the majority.

Quote
McConnell statement just out: "Americans reelected our majority in 2016 and expanded it in 2018 because we pledged to work with President Trump and support his agenda, particularly his outstanding appointments to the federal judiciary. Once again, we will keep our promise.

Win the senate and expand the court.

It is time to bury these assholes.
