He is a racist. But usually he goes after black people who are smaller then him in terms of influence. That schtick isn't going to work with LeBron, who is a much bigger deal then he is.

The demographic who watches the NBA is much different then the one who watches the NFL. That is why you have seen guys like LeBron, Curry, KD, Kobe etc. say what they really feel about Trump.

He very obviously believes that Black folks only exist to entertain him and they shouldn't speak except to say how thankful they are for the kindness of getting to be a performer. Gag. I also think there may be some jealousy as sports stars are wealthy, and legitimately wealthy, unlike him and his debt-laden "wealth." He can't stand "uppity," a phrase that makes me want to puke but definitely the phrase he wants to use.

He is jealous of anyone who has actually talent. Bezos, Obama, Lebron etc. all of those guys are extremely talented individuals in their respective field. Trump's only talent is conning people. He doesn't measure up to people like that and it pisses him off.

His inferiority complex is the one trait he really has in common with Nixon, who had a massive inferiority complex when it came to the Kennedy brothers.
