I don't like Ryan, but I don't know why he would knowingly cover this up. There is no political benefit for protecting Conyers.

Too bad, he was one of the better Democrats. Perhaps this is the Democrat Jackie Speier was talking about. I'll guess Blake Farenthold for the Republicans.

I thought she said that the two congressmen were long tenured? Farenthold has only been there for six years.
