It should be required until it is repealed for both, yes.
In principal this is what I agree with, but adding women to the draft will almost certainly take momentum away from the push to end the draft as a whole (which is a much more desirable goal).
I actually think it's more likely to be the only way to force the issue. The "Muh precious babymakers" and "muh precious delicate flowers made for art and learning" types will not allow it to go through without a fight, and repealing the draft as a whole will be the only tool they have without rolling back equal rights.
