I don't have a problem with the law. I think it's a good idea that probably just clarifies existing law in practice.
What I do have a problem with, however, is campus tribunals that operate from a guilty-until-proven-innocent-but-good-luck-proving-that system that doesn't allow the accused to testify on their own behalf or introduce evidence.
If college conduct tribunals want to weigh in on legal issues like sexual assault, they should be bound by the same standards when finding someone guilty.
