She's not going to win. However, she will come out looking good in the end. She'll narrow the gap in delegates and popular vote through June. She can then clamor for the seating of the FL and MI delegates, and generally come off looking good (who doesn't look good when they want 'all the votes to count'). From there it's a nice shot at 2012 or maybe something else...
Frankly, even if Clinton is 100% sure of losing it would make no sense to give in now. No one in this position would.
