Democrats finally becoming interested and organized (it took a lot of heavy losses for that to happen)? Good sign. I feared that one-party system is coming...

And with all the vote in, Polleta (R) wins with 78% of the vote over Esposito (D).

Polletta ran as a Democrat before, so, most likely, he is not an extreme conservative, and acceptable to most voters here..
