There will be a conservative third party candidate on various ballots no matter what.

I don't think the libertarian/ constitution party folks will be able to get much traction, just because the conservatives are typically energized against Hillary Clinton or whoever the Democrats nominate.

Jeb may be vulnerable to dynasty charges, and spending increases under his brother. And he is strongly associated with Common Core.

But I don't expect a scenario with strong enough third-party opposition to make a difference in all but the closest races.
