All hindsight does is makes things like this dull. So no hindsight then. Throughout this I assume that I have a safe district...

1. 1909: Ratify 16th Amendment (income tax)   Yes
2. 1917: Ratify 18th Amendment (Prohibition)  No
3. 1917: Declare war on Germany (WWI)  That would depend entirely on the demographics of my district, wouldn't it?
