Yes, Simfan was appointed to do this but not as Deputy AG (the post does not exist!). There was also supposed to be an arrangement with the Senate Leadership to make sure that it happened (i.e. notification would be given by the Senate Leadership to the person responsible for updates, who would then update). I have documentation on all of this, incidentally
If no one else does it I'll update the Statute page tomorrow. But with regards to the other pages, if you care so much why don't you do it yourselves? Let's appoint another functionary = typical fantasyland logic and an example of why the game is choking to death.
