1) 5 hours on Thursday + 12 hours on Friday + 16 hours on Saturday + 15 hours on Sunday + 4 hours Monday for a grand total of 52 hours.  All football related, both college and pro.

Are you ever struck by the... erm... irony... of this? I don't even mean that in an entirely abusive manner; don't you ever feel the need - after watching hours and hours of other people doing physical things outside - to do something yourself? Even if it's only a walk to the park or a particularly nice field or whatever.

Ten days of nausea? He's either bullsh!tting the lot of you again, or there's something seriously wrong.

Occasionally I feel that urge, but then I squash it.

Why?

Well, at least we now know for certain his eventual fate...

Ah, come off it man. You've got Tourette's. That's why you're a sh!tty salesman, and always will be... and why attempting to become one with inevitably end with... well...

I know that he's basically volunteered to be a forum piñata for whatever reason (and frankly deserves a degree of abuse if even a third of what he posts is true), but this is getting actively cruel. Desist.

Oh, so now you're comparing me to Bernie Madoff, huh?

Well you were been involved in a Ponzi scheme, weren't you? Regular viewers of this programme may remember that it's why you were fired as a moderator.

I meant 'stop it' in the sense of 'I really don't want to hear this' rather than 'I don't believe you'.

Bushie's family has three cars?

No one else caught that gem?

One of which is apparently new.

Three cars for three people? And, again, one of them new?

Just to inform the pampered denizens of this forum of the reality of the world, three cars for a household of three people in which only one member is in employment would be excessive even in a very rural area with no public transport (like the upland farming valley that I grew up in). The impression is further reinforced by the statement that one of them was bought new. This is a pattern of consumption driven by lifestyle choices (choices that I'm not judging), not necessity.

To my mind, such choices are insane, but that's just me.

I don't disagree, but wanted to avoid coming across as at all Smilesian...

On the bright side, we know that his general attitude to life, money and so on is absolutely inherited.

Does she know that you're posting details of your plans to get to know her, in a Biblical as well as colloquial sense no doubt, on a public internet forum?

Like most morons with a craving for order he believes firmly in the dubious principles that underpinned the New Poor Law.

I have a real good moral compass.  It's called the Bible.

Honour thy father and thy mother.

Thou shalt not steal.

Thou shalt not covet.

etc.
