Florida 2000: The rightful winner didn't become President. Whether through error or cheating...whatever.

Alabama 2002: Pretty obvious.

NM 2008: Just because it's New Mexico.

These are decent answers. I tend to assume that most tight elections in New Mexico were stolen, especially when the PRI wins.
