RULES:

1. The winner gets the title "Ex-Officio Speaker" or summet else. Oh and official House Prediction bragging rights until 2006
2. Predict every race on either Sabato or Cook's lists (http://www.centerforpolitics.org/crystalball/2004/house/?view www.cookpolitical.com
3. Determining the winner is pretty damn obvious
4. Tie break needed... er... Louisiana runoffs. Yes that'll do.
5. No deliberate copying
