Our former colony will have a larger population than Denmark in 2025. Humiliating . But at least some of their immigrants are Danes fleeing unemployment for the oil wealth of the "Mountain monkeys" (as we affectionally likes to call our Norwegian brethren )
Are you sure? Because I looked at the statistic and the Norwegian growth rate in 2011 was 0,33% while the Danish one was 0,25%. At my calculation that will give Norway a population of 5,2 million in 2025 and Denmark 5,75 million, so thanks to a higher starting population Denmark may even increase the difference in population.
