The information on Ballot Access News is very complete.  See
http://www.ballot-access.org/2004/0601.html#13

The "problem" is that it isn't very current - 1) it's only published monthly and 2) the most recent issue isn't available online (the publisher actually prefers to sell subscriptions than give away current info online).

To my knowledge (and I'd be glad to be corrected), this is the best available.  Virtually every other political source (e.g., looking to the Nader website) is going to be biased towards over- or under-stating.  And the media doesn't seem to care enough to do the spadework and make it available.

thanks for giving the DCPoliticalReport link!

I note that it shows Nader & Cobb on the Illinois ballot.  Since the Demos are challenging their petitions (see
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/07/01/politics/campaign/01NADE.html?hp
for reference regarding Nader challenge), it points up the inherent difficulty in keeping track of who will definitely be or not be on the November ballot in which states.

Who cares if Nader is on the Illinois ballot?
Apparantly Illinois Democrats care.  They're the ones who are challenging the ballot petitions of Nader (and Cobb).
