Well, that puts the number of Jewish seats at zero. Maybe, one could be drawn in Brooklyn.
you definitely could according to 2002 NY Jewish survey there were 334200 Jews in Southern Brooklyn (but they gerrymandered the Jewish vote in New York ever since the 70's (all to avoid elections like NY9)) today there must be much more

no way are there 57,072 Jews in NY12 (I think they messed up big based on the Zip Code thing)

I also don't see how NJ 4 is not on this list in 2009 there were estimated 54,500 Jews in Lakewood alone
