Ohio Ballot Issue 1 Megathread (August 8)

This is a defacto abortion question. In November there is an abortion rights  amendment on the ballot, Republicans put this on the primary ballot so that it is less likely to pass. My guess is No 55-45.

A USA TODAY Network/Suffolk University poll released Thursday found 57% of likely voters are against Issue 1, including some Republicans and opponents of abortion. Twenty-six percent back the issue, while 17% are undecided with just weeks to go before the Aug. 8 election.

It's only the early votes yada yada yada but No is getting 83% of the vote in Franklin county with 1/4 of the vote in. This is going to be a blowout.

I am surprised at how good the turnout is, it looks like it will be around 3 Mil using NYT estimates. Considering this is the "sets the rules" amendment and not the actual abortion amendment I have to give both sides props for turning out their people.

NO raw vote lead had been holding pretty steady at between 250-275K. ED vote looks to be splitting roughly 50/50.

Raw vote lead for NO up to over 300K. Looks like NO is winning the ED vote narrowly.

I believe this guess is closest to the pin.
