So just to clarify, this map is most likely the final map? From what I've read the House Redistricting Committee has passed it and there will be a full House vote at 1 PM Pacific?
Unless shenanigans are pulled between now and then the house should pass this in current form and Oregon will have the first official maps.

It will have to go back to the senate and then the governor but I think that is just a formality.

The State House has quorum and they're giving speeches about SB-881A,  the congressional map that GAleftist posted.   The Senate already passed this bill and all that's left now is the floor vote on the House and then the Gov's signature.

Has to go back to the senate, this version is different than the one passed by the senate last week. The Oregon senate is scheduled to meet later this afternoon.

Congressional maps pass the Oregon House 33-16(?). Back to Senate.

Have the proposed legislative maps been submitted yet?

Yes. They have also passed the senate in there current form so they just need to pass the House and be signed by governor.

So there's going to be a commission on the ballot in 2022 with the authority to redraw in 2024 if the commission amendment wins?

I think there will be an attempt to gather enough signatures to put a commission on the ballot. May be for 2024 or may be for 2032. It would not surprise me if the legislature also puts a commission on the ballot for 2032 in an attempt to short circuit a 2024 plan.
