Is there any indication that the planet is running out of people?! Have the lines of PhDs, computer scientists, doctors, artists, millionaires begging to become American citizens suddenly disappeared?!
How with all the pressing problems the US has did this become your top concern? As a heterosexual male who hopes to reproduce one day a shrinking pool of competition would be nice. Anyway in Western low birth countries governments invariably start paying people to start having children. I personally think the only people who should have children are the ones that really want them. This business of forcing people to be heterosexual and forcing rape victims and unwed mothers to have babies they don't even want is insane. That's how you end up with the average American family...
