The next debate should only have Romney, Perry, Paul and Bachmann. Stop giving airtime to candidates without support, especially the crazy ones.

Under that criteria I am not sure Bachmann would qualify for the debate either.

I think he means mainly "without support" with "crazy" being an exacerbating factor.  Even if someone is crazy but they have support they should be allowed to debate.
